This 16-foot gas spray foam rig is a turnkey mobile polyurethane processing system built for contractors performing residential and medium-size commercial interior spray foam applications.
At every job, two liquid chemical components are heated, pressurized, and reacted at the spray gun to manufacture polyurethane foam insulation on-site. The performance of this process depends on the entire system — from generator to hose to gun — operating as a matched, integrated platform.
This rig is built around the Graco Reactor A-25 air-driven proportioner, a 20 kW gas generator, and a 35 CFM gas compressor — all matched to support reliable production on interior residential and commercial projects.

Graco Reactor A-25
The Graco Reactor A-25 is an air-driven proportioning machine rated for approximately 20–25 lb/min output, designed for dependable spray foam production in mobile rig environments. Because it operates using compressed air rather than large electrical loads, the A-25 provides reliable performance while remaining simple to service and maintain in the field.
In mobile spray foam rigs, the proportioner is the central component that controls material pressure, temperature, and ratio, ensuring consistent foam quality at the spray gun. The A-25 platform has become a proven industry standard due to its durability, straightforward mechanical design, and ability to operate independently from high electrical power requirements.
For gas-powered mobile rigs, the A-25 integrates seamlessly with compressor-driven air systems, allowing contractors to run a complete spray foam setup without relying on large generators or complex electrical infrastructure. Keeping Materials in Range
Spray foam equipment is one complete processing system. Temperature management at every point — trailer interior, drum storage, hose temperature — affects what happens at the spray tip. Maintaining material temperature within the manufacturer's processing range is critical to consistent foam production.

Interior spray foam work in enclosed spaces requires supplied breathing air — not just a respirator. Your two-worker air system operates independently from the compressor. Contractors performing interior spray foam applications are required to use supplied breathing air systems.

Calculated using closed-cell foam yield range of 4,000–4,500 board feet per set and material cost of $2,500–$2,800 per set. Actual yield and cost vary by material brand, substrate, and conditions. Always add overage for waste and transitions.
