Digitally Monitored Spray Foam Rig
Computer-monitored proportioner platforms with real-time pressure, temperature, and flow data during spray operations. Built for contractors who need system visibility.

Digitally Monitored Proportioner Platforms
Digitally monitored spray foam proportioner platforms incorporate electronic monitoring systems that allow operators to observe machine performance in real time during spray operations.
These systems monitor A-side and B-side pressures, heater temperatures, hose temperatures, and material flow rates. Operators can detect pressure changes, material feed problems, and system performance issues early — helping prevent off-ratio spraying and reducing troubleshooting time during production.
We offer multiple digitally monitored platform options including the Graco Reactor 3 series and PMC Premiere, each with different monitoring levels, heater wattage packages, and connectivity capabilities.

Platform Options for Digitally Monitored Rigs
Graco Reactor 3 Digital Platform
The Graco Reactor 3 platform is a digitally monitored spray foam proportioner system designed to provide real-time operational visibility during spray operations. Integrated sensors monitor A-side and B-side pressure, heater temperatures, hose temperatures, and material flow.
Operators can observe machine performance in real time, helping detect pressure imbalance, material feed interruptions, or temperature variations before they affect foam quality.
Reactor 3 platforms are available in Standard, Pro, and Elite configurations with monitoring levels ranging from onboard diagnostics to full cellular connectivity through the Reactor Connect platform.
PMC Digital Proportioner Platform
PMC digitally monitored proportioner platforms include the PMC Premiere and PMC Mach-2 systems. These machines provide real-time monitoring of spray foam production parameters including pressure, temperature, and material flow.
The PMC Premiere platform offers strong heater capacity and extended hose capability, making it well suited for mobile rigs operating long hose runs and demanding production environments.
The PMC Mach-2 introduces a horizontal pump design capable of supporting higher output and multi-gun spray operations. Lower cycle counts per gallon improve pump efficiency and durability during continuous production.

System Investment
We work with multiple spray foam manufacturers.
Because manufacturers maintain regional warehouses across the United States, contractors can typically receive material shipments quickly regardless of location.
In many cases:
- • Orders placed before noon ship same day
- • Material may arrive next business day

- ▸Graco Reactor 3 E-30 Standard — External Hose Heat
- ▸T3 Barrel Pumps (×2)
- ▸210 ft External Heated Hose
- ▸Graco Fusion PC Spray Gun
- ▸30 kW Tier-4 Diesel Generator
- ▸5 HP Compressor & Refrigerated Air Dryer
- ▸Full Safety Package & Training Included
Temperate Climate (Zones 4-5)
Recommended minimum insulation levels based on IECC wall requirements.
Recommended for temperate climate (zones 4-5):
- ▶2" ≈ R-13 to 14
- ▶3" ≈ R-19 to 21
- ▶3.5" ≈ R-22 to 25
Recommended for temperate climate (zones 4-5):

- ▶5.5" ≈ R-19 to 22
- ▶7" ≈ R-24 to 28
Foam Yield & Material Estimator
Estimate board feet, material sets, approximate insulation performance, and project material cost based on square footage and spray thickness.
Calculated using closed-cell foam yield range of 4,000–4,500 board feet per set and material cost of $2,500–$2,800 per set. Actual yield and cost vary by material brand, substrate, and conditions. Always add overage for waste and transitions.
Results vary based on job complexity, regional pricing, production efficiency, and consistent rig deployment.
