Spray Foam Rig Systems

SprayWorks builds spray foam rigs around three primary equipment platforms, each engineered for a specific production level, operating environment, and machine technology.

Engineered Processing Platforms
A spray foam rig is not a trailer with equipment loaded inside. It is a mobile polyurethane processing system that must integrate the proportioner, heated hose, power supply, air system, and chemical handling into a balanced production platform. Each SprayWorks rig is engineered so these systems work together.
