16-Foot Gas Polyurea Mobile Processing Plant
Entry-level polyurea processing platform. Reactor AXP1 machine with gas generator, gas compressor, and 160 ft of 2,000 PSI heated hose — built for hybrid polyurea and coating applications.
Gas-Powered Polyurea Processing Platform
The SprayWorks 16-foot gas polyurea rig is a turnkey mobile processing system built for contractors performing hybrid polyurea coating applications. The platform is designed around the Graco Reactor AXP1 polyurea machine, a 20 kW gas generator, and a 35 CFM gas compressor — all matched to support reliable coating production on exterior and commercial projects.
Polyurea coatings require consistent material temperature, system pressure, and ratio balance from drum to gun. This platform packages the heating, proportioning, and air systems needed to maintain stable processing conditions across a full production day.

Gas Polyurea Processing Systems
Why Power Matters
Polyurea systems require consistent electrical output to maintain material temperature and processing pressure during operation. Unlike intermittent equipment loads, coating systems operate under continuous demand, placing sustained load on the generator.
- ▸Heater performance can be reduced if undersized
- ▸Material temperature may become unstable
- ▸Pressure consistency can be affected during operation
Material Conditioning
Polyurea materials require proper conditioning regardless of platform type. This includes maintaining drum temperature, ensuring proper material mixing when required, and stabilizing the system prior to spraying. Because gas systems are often used in variable environments, maintaining consistent material temperature becomes more critical to overall system performance.
Recirculation & System Stability
Recirculation capability allows material to be circulated through the system prior to spraying, helping stabilize temperature and pressure throughout the proportioner, hose, and return lines. This process prepares material before application and maintains system readiness between spray cycles.
System Limitations
- ▸Reduced total capacity vs. larger platforms
- ▸Sensitivity to generator sizing and load
- ▸Limited ability to support higher output or extended hose
