Digitally Monitored Platform

18-Foot Digitally Monitored Polyurea Processing Plant

Reactor 3 E-XP1 Elite with Core electric transfer pumps and 220 ft of heated hose. Real-time pressure, temperature, and material balance monitoring — built for 2,200–3,500 PSI polyurea processing.

Platform Overview

Digitally Monitored Polyurea Processing Platform

The SprayWorks 18-foot digitally monitored polyurea rig is built around the Graco Reactor 3 E-XP1 Elite — a proportioner with real-time pressure, temperature, and material balance monitoring. Combined with Core electric transfer pumps and 220 ft of heated hose, this platform delivers the consistent processing conditions required for pure polyurea applications.

Unlike standard proportioners, the Reactor 3 platform provides on-machine visibility into operating conditions throughout the spray session — allowing operators to identify and correct issues before they affect coating quality or adhesion.

Why Digital Monitoring Matters
Pure polyurea is highly sensitive to pressure and ratio imbalance. The Reactor 3 platform monitors these conditions in real time — giving operators immediate feedback on system performance rather than discovering issues after the coating is applied.
Polyurea Machine — Digital Monitoring

Graco Reactor 3 E-XP1 Elite

A digitally monitored proportioner designed for consistent pressure, temperature control, and material balance during polyurea and coating applications. It maintains stable operating conditions under load, helping ensure proper reactivity, adhesion, and overall coating performance. Equipped with Core electric transfer pumps, the system actively manages material supply to maintain consistent inlet pressure and support on-ratio spraying throughout operation.

System Design + Operation

Digitally Monitored Polyurea Processing Systems

Why Monitoring Matters

Polyurea coatings react quickly and are sensitive to changes in processing conditions. Variations in pressure, temperature, or material supply can affect film build, adhesion, and overall coating quality.

  • Detect pressure imbalance between A-side and B-side
  • Monitor material temperature throughout system
  • Identify flow inconsistencies during operation
  • Recognize system performance changes in real time

Monitoring + Control

Digitally monitored platforms provide real-time feedback across multiple system components.

  • Pressure monitoring on A-side and B-side
  • Heater block and hose temperature tracking
  • Material flow rate visibility during spraying
  • Independent hose heat zone control
  • Integrated system diagnostics and alerts

System Stability + Performance

Digital monitoring enhances system stability through real-time control and visibility:

  • Improved pressure balance during operation
  • Consistent material temperature control
  • Reduced variability in coating application
  • Increased repeatability across projects

Best Suited For

  • High-performance coating applications
  • Projects requiring consistent, repeatable results
  • Operations where system visibility is critical
  • Environments where early detection of system changes is important
System Balance Still Matters
Digitally monitored systems provide visibility and control, but system performance still depends on proper matching of generator capacity, heater output, and hose configuration. Monitoring systems help identify issues, but they do not replace proper system design. All components must work together as an integrated platform.
