This 18-foot solid-state diesel polyurea rig is a production-grade mobile processing system built for contractors performing demanding pure polyurea coating applications. The platform centers on the PMC PHX-2 hydraulic proportioner — delivering up to 3,500 PSI — mounted in an 18-ft V-nose trailer with diesel generation and a refrigerated 3-phase compressor system.
Pure polyurea systems require tighter control of material temperature, pressure, and ratio balance than spray foam. This platform is engineered to maintain stable processing conditions from drum to gun across extended hose runs and continuous production environments.
