System Overview Guide

Complete overview of the containerized spray foam and coatings system, its major components, and how the subsystems interact.

This container is a self-contained, mobile spray foam and polyurea coatings processing plant. It houses two complete proportioning systems, a diesel-generator power plant, a compressed air system, material heating, and climate control — all integrated into a single transportable enclosure. The unit is designed to be operated by Navy personnel to apply spray polyurethane foam (SPF) insulation and protective polyurea coatings in field conditions.

The container functions as a turnkey production platform. Once positioned, connected to shore power (optional), and started up, it can process two-component chemical systems — both foam and coatings — through heated hoses to spray guns at the work face. Every major subsystem is described in this guide so operators understand what each piece does and how they work together.
