Contractor's Complete Buyer's Guide
A fully integrated mobile polyurethane processing system built for residential and medium-size commercial interior spray foam applications. Engineered for contractors who need reliable production — on every jobsite, every day.
When you pull onto a jobsite with a spray foam rig, you're not just a contractor with tools — you're the manufacturer. At every job, you heat, pressurize, and chemically react two liquid components at the gun to produce the finished insulation system. That foam is only as good as the system producing it.
SprayWorks rigs are engineered as complete mobile polyurethane processing systems — every component matched and integrated so you spray consistently from drum one to drum last.
| Trailer Size | 8.5' × 16' V-Nose Enclosed |
| GVWR | 10,000 lb — torsion axle suspension |
| Hitch | 2-5/16 coupler |
| Tongue | Electric tongue jack |
| Interior Height | 7 ft 6 in |
| Tongue Weight | ~800–850 lbs (typical) |
| Tow Vehicle | Most contractor pickup trucks |
| Wall System | Polycore insulated composite panels |
Standard cargo trailers use aluminum skin, wood framing, and thin interior board — prone to flex, moisture, and heat transfer. Polycore panels are laminated insulated composites providing:
The generator and compressor are isolated in a separate front compartment on reinforced slide platforms — so you can run them outside the trailer. This eliminates CO buildup inside your workspace, reduces interior heat, and gives you clean maintenance access without clearing out your rig.
| Machine | Graco Reactor A-25 |
| Drive Type | Air-driven proportioner |
| Output Class | 20–25 lb/min |
| Heated Hose | 160 ft package included |
| Spray Gun | Graco Fusion PC |
| Tip Package | #02 mixing chamber & spray tip kit |
| Rebuild Kit | FIX-IT Box / O-ring rebuild kit included |
| Flush Kit | Gun flush pot kit included |
| Transfer System | Regulators & material plumbing |
Your rig includes a gun-mounted recirculation system allowing material to circulate through the heated hose without spraying. This keeps chemical temperature stable during startup and idle periods — and reduces the risk of material sitting stagnant inside the hose, which is one of the most common causes of spray problems in the field.
| Generator | 20 kW electric-start |
| Panel | Electrical breaker panel |
| Lighting | LED interior lighting |
| Outlets | 110V convenience outlets |
| Shore Power | 110V shore power inlet |
| Compressor | 35 CFM gas-powered |
| Air Drying | Refrigerated air dryer |
| Distribution | Air regulator manifold |
| Purpose | Dry air for proportioner, gun, and transfer pumps |
Spray foam equipment is one complete processing system — not just a gun at the end of a hose. Everything upstream affects what happens at the tip. Temperature management at every point in the system is critical to consistent foam production.
Polycore wall panels and spray foam insulated cavities keep the interior stable and protect chemical drums from temperature swings.
Trailer-mounted heater maintains interior temperatures during cold weather staging and pre-spray warmup. Shore power means you can heat overnight.
Hose pass-through door lets you spray while the trailer stays closed — locking in heat and protecting your chemicals and workspace.
This is a fully equipped turnkey rig. Pull onto the jobsite, plug in your hose, and spray. Here's what ships with your system:
Interior spray foam work in enclosed spaces requires supplied breathing air — not just a respirator. Your two-worker air system operates independently from the compressor. Your crew is protected on interior applications from the first job.
Every SprayWorks rig purchase includes one full day of hands-on training covering foam materials & densities, estimating & yield calculations, equipment operation, spray gun maintenance, troubleshooting procedures, and manufacturer spec sheet review.
Values are general reference ranges only. Actual yield varies with material brand, substrate, and ambient conditions.
Recommended minimum insulation levels based on IECC wall requirements.

Estimate board feet, material sets, approximate insulation performance, and project material cost based on square footage and spray thickness.
Calculated using closed-cell foam yield range of 4,000–4,500 board feet per set and material cost of $2,500–$2,800 per set. Actual yield and cost vary by material brand, substrate, and conditions. Always add overage for waste and transitions.
